JUSTICE V.SRISHANANDA) 1. Heard Sri.Umesh P. Hakkaraki, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Girija S. Hiremath, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent-State. 2. At the out set Sri.Umesh P. Hakkaraki, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the similarly placed accused persons, this Court had already granted bail in Crl.P.No.101008/2025 and similar orders may be passed in respect of the present petitioner on the ground of parity. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent-State did not dispute the said the aspect of the matter. Accordingly, on the ground of parity, present petitioner is also entitled for grant of bail. 4. Accordingly, the following order is passed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6315 CRL.P No. 101534 of 2025 ORDER i. Criminal Petition is allowed. ii. Petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- [Rupees one lakh only] with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Judge. iii. Petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency and in that regard he is required to mark his attendance before the Investigating Officer on every third Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till the final report is filed. iv. Petitioner shall furnish his specimen handwriting or such other details which are required by the Investigating Agency to facilitate the investigation process. v. Petitioner shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses in any manner. vi. Petitioner shall attend the Court regularly. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6315 CRL.P No. 101534 of 2025 vii. Petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Uttara Kannada District without prior permission.
