Petition No. 3473/2012, which was dismissed in default. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of demise in the family of the counsel on 20.09.2025, he could not attend the case before this Court and therefore, the reason for none appearance was totally bonafide and not deliberate. Petitioner is still keen to pursue the instant criminal misc. petition on merits. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Order dated 20.09.2025 is hereby recalled and S.B.
