The issue in this writ petition is with regard to refund of amounts that have allegedly been taken in excess due to wrong calculation of rate of interest. 3. After hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that this matter would be decided better by the Banking Ombudsman. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioners to file an application before the Banking Ombudsman within a period of two weeks from date. In the event such an application is filed within the time indicated above, the Banking Ombudsman shall consider and decide the said application in accordance with law by way of passing a reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of said application.
