Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record one factual report dated 16.05.2025 prepared by the S.H.O, Mahila Police Station, Sikar, in which it has been mentioned that after investigation, no offence is found to be made out against the petitioner and accordingly, negative final report was filed by the Police Authority on 16.04.2016, which has been accepted by the concerned court on 17.05.2016. 4.
