This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to forthwith compute the compensation in lieu of land of petitioner and pay the same, with interest from the date of taking possession to its realization, as per Section 11, 26, 28, 30 & 80 of New Act, 2013. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide employment to the family member of petitioner in lieu of acquired land as per policy of SECL. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in favour of petitioner, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents/SECL raises an objection that the correct facts have not been pleaded in the writ petition as the respondents have specified the acquisition proceedings as also, the payment of compensation with regard to the lands which was acquired in favour of the Respondents No. 1 to 5. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as this stage, with liberty to file better constituted petition, if the petitioner so desire. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.
