learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, a direction may be given to the Police to conclude the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime Nos.447 of 2016 and 296 of 2023 on the file of III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation, if not concluded, in the above crimes and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
