SPSR Nellore Petitioners/Accused No.3 AND The State Inspector of Police, Rep By its Public Prosecutor of Andhar Pradesh, Amaravathi through Station House Officer Dargamitta Police Station, Nellore High Court Respondent Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C/Section 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed i the petition, the High Court in support of may be pleased to relax the bail condition No.iIV that the petitioner-accused No.3 shall not leave the limits of State of Andhra Pradesh without the prior permission from the investigating officer and bail condition No.v that the petitioner-accused No.3 shall appear before the Station on every Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. till House Officer concerned filing of charge sheet which were imposed vide order dated 16.10.2025 in CRLP No. 10307/2025 by the Hon’ble A.P. High Court, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 10307 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated; 16.10.2025 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri AMANCHARLA SATISH BABU, Advocate for the Petitioners and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent and the Court made the following; ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.3 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by the learned Single Judge in CrI.P. No.10307 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025, at paragraph No.5, directing the petitioner/accused No.3 shall not leave the limits of State of Andhra Pradesh without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned and the petitioner/accused No.3 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet, is modified. However, the petitioner/accused No.3 makes herself available for the investigation till filing of charge sheet. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 Is ordered.
