Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records. 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ directing, to decide the representation pending before the Respondent no. 4 dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P/1) in a time bound manner. 10.3 Grant any other or further reliefs that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in light of the facts and circumstances of the present case. 10.4 Grant the cost of the petition to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that part of land bearing Khasra No. 851/57 measuring 0.016 hectares ( 11725 sq. ft) has been utilized by respondent no. 2/Executive Engineer, PWD for the purpose of construction of road, however, even after using of land of petitioner no land acquisition proceedings have been initiated nor any compensation of the land used for construction of road is paid. Petitioner submitted representation Annexure P-1 before respondent no. 4/SDO, in this regard on 10.07.2025 which till date is pending consideration, hence direction be issued to respondent no. 4 to take decision on pending representation. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, seeking direction to respondent no. 4/SDO to take necessary steps and decide the pending representation of petitioner, he is having no objection. 3 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of case, nature of grievances as raided by counsel for petitioner and representation submitted by petitioner which is pending consideration, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 4/SDO to take decision on pending representation Annexure P-1 dated 10.07.2025 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if already not decided. 6.
