On the instructions learned State counsel would submit that vide memo dated 28-10-2025, the District Education Officer, Raigarh has directed the 2 Block Education Officer, Kharsia to pay salary of the petitioner from 16-10- 2021 to 6-1-2022 in pursuance of the direction given by this Court on 27-10- 2025. 2. Since the District Education Officer, Raigarh has already issued direction to the Block Education Officer, Kharsia to pay the salary of the petitioner, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court. However, if the grievance of the petitioner is still not resolved, he may take recourse available to him under the law.
