Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3, District Inspector of Schools, Mathura to pass appropriate order for the payment of salary to petitioner for the post of Principal within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is working on the post of Officiating Principal in the institution in question since 1.7.2013, however, salary with regard to the post of Principal is not being paid. In this respect, petitioner has filed a representation dated 4.1.2025 before the respondent no.2, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2-District Inspector of Schools, Mathura shall decide the representation dated 4.1.2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not decided the issue on merits and the authorities concerned shall independently apply its mind and pass order in accordance with law. 7.
