Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved by the 3. inaction of the Police in not considering the petitioner’s representation dated 21.08.2025, this petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in Crime No.224 of 2025 for the offence under Section 194(1) of BNSS Learned counsel further would submit that the petitioner is an employee 4. in Veritas Finance, dealing in granting loans to MSME’s in rural areas. The Petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent-Poli ce to the effect that on 30.07.2025 at about 04.30 p.m. he had been to a vegetable shop. Then, he noticed the deceased fell down in vomiting, he informed the same to the sister of the deceased from his mobile phone. The petitioner also admitted him in Community Health Center. After one week, he learned that the 4 deceased had died and a case was registered in Crime No.224 of 2025 31.07.2025.
