(Andhra area) District Police Act, 1859 and also violating Article 14, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.4 to 6 not to interfere in disputes of civil nature between the Petitioner and respondents 7 to 9, in respect of the property situated in Sy.No.350/2 to an extent of Ac.1.15 cents, Pedapalukuluru Grama Panchayath, Gutnur-West Mandal, Guntur District …= 2. Heard Sri Devi Prasad Mangalapuri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the husband of the 8th respondent, a case in Cr.No.449 of 2023 under Sections 420, 341, 323, 354, 506 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioner and others. The 4 petitioner was called to the police station regarding the said crime. The police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
