Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 359 of 2023 arising out of Dasamfall P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302/201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VII, Ranchi. 3. During the intervening period between 26 / 27.01.2023, dead body of an unknown person was found near village Nawadih at NH-33. During the course of investigation, it transpired that deceased was murdered by the accused person by lathi. During the course of investigation, it further transpired that the petitioner was travelling with the deceased on the motorcycle just prior to the occurrence. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
