It is further contended that respondent No.3 had invited applications for the post of Sanskrit teachers at respondent No.4 – Sri Siddharoodh Math, Hubballi. In response to the said notification, the petitioners submitted their applications to respondent No.3. Upon verification of their documents, respondent No.3 called the petitioners for an interview held on 10.08.2018, which both petitioners attended. It is further submitted that respondents Nos.2 and 3 selected petitioners Nos. 1 and 2 for the post of Assistant Sanskrit Teacher at respondent No.3 – School.
