[2025:RJ-JP:48977-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-1263/2025] For Appellant(s) : Ms. Pratyushi Mehta For Respondent(s) : Mr. M.F. Baig Mr. Bhuwnesh Sharma, AAG with Mr. Samee Khan Mr. Shivam Chauhan, AGC HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 02/12/2025 These two appeals have been filed by the appellant- petitioner challenging two interim orders 20.07.2023 & 08.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. Admittedly, the writ petitions filed on behalf of the petitioner are pending before the learned Single Judge. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the conduct of the appellant of filing two application forms for the same post and sitting in the same examinations twice based on two admit cards, in our considered view no case is made out for interference. In that view of the matter, these appeals stand dismissed. However, the learned Single Judge is requested to decide the pending writ petitions expeditiously.
