ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V.SRISHANANDA)
Parties are present before the Court with their respective counsel. 2. After sufficient amount of deliberation, a joint memo came to be filed. 3. Contents of joint memo reads as under:
“Herein the memo filed by Rev. petitioner and Respondent. The parties present before the Court along with their counsel and settled the matter that the Rev Petitioner paid the amount of Rs. 4,79,900/- (Four Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred) to the Respondent and today the Rev petitioner paid cash of Rs. 2,25,000/- (Two Lakh twenty five thounsant) to the Respondent. So the total amount of Rs. 7,04,900/- (Seven Lakh four Thousand Nine Hundred rupees). And the Respondent should hand over the agreement of sale to te Rev petitioner on 26.03.2025. Hence this memo.”
4. Placing the joint memo on record, revision petition stands disposed of. - 3 -

5. A sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) is tendered today in cash by the revision petitioner to the respondent-complainant. Same is acknowledged in the order sheet.
With the payment of said sum of Rs.2,25,000/-, agreed amount of compensation is paid in full. 6. In view of the payment of compensation as aforesaid, fine amount of Rs.2,000/- ordered by the Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court towards the defraying expenses of the State is set aside. 7. It is also made clear that the agreement entered into between the parties stands cancelled. Respondent after cancelling the agreement, has delivered the same to the hands of the revision petitioner.
