Singh, learned AGA for the State and Mr. Abhay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for opposite party No.2. 2. This Court on 25.01.2024 proceeded to pass the following order: "Sri Abhay Pratap Singh, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party nos.2, 3 & 4, let it be taken on record. Learned counsel for the applicants is present. Learned counsel for the parties submitted before the Court that the parties have arrived at a compromise. In fact, regarding the same incident both the parties have filed their FIRs and in both the cases the parties have arrived at a compromise. Regarding cross case in Application U/S 482 No.-42092 of 2023 also, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court is said to have passed the order for verification of the compromise deed before the trial court. As the dispute is personal, the compromise between the parties would not affect the society at large, in cross case also the parties have arrived at a compromise and as some of the sections involved are non-compoundable, hence, a direction is sought for the trial court to verify the compromise deed. The parties alongwith all the injured persons are directed to appear before the trial court within 15 days from today alongwith their compromise deed. If the parties alongwith all the injured persons appear before the trial court within the time stipulated, the trial court shall verify the said compromise deed, pass a verification order thereon and transmit the certified copy of the verified compromise deed alongwith the certified copy of the verification order passed thereon, to this Court within 15 days thereafter. List on 27.02.2024 alongwith Application U/S 482 No.42092 of 2023. " 3. There happens to be a report of Additional District and Sessions Judge, court No.5, Bulandshahr dated 14.02.2024 showing the fact that the parties have compromised and the same stands verified on 06.02.2024 in the presence of parties. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the proceedings be quashed. 5. In view of the above, learned AGA for the State as well as learned counsel appearing for the opposite party do not dispute the said fact and submits that they have no objection to the same. 6. Considering the submission of the parties and stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of. 7. The charge-sheet dated 29.09.2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 187 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 506 and 307 IPC, P.S. Khurja Dehat, District Bulandshahr, as well as, cognizance order in Case No. 4676 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr are hereby quashed.
