Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner’s husband and his brother are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Sy. No. 256/2B to an extent of 0.27 cents, Sy. No. 259/1 to an extent of 0.08 cents, Sy. No. 375/1 to an extent of 0.50 cents, Sy. No. 381/2 to an extent of 0.1 cents, Sy. No. 382/2 to an extent of 0.11 cents, Sy.
