This second anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Constable Sumit Pawla @ Sumit Kumar, seeking enlargement on anticipatory bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 146 of 2021, under Sections 342, 384, 389, 120-B IPC and Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, registered at P.S. Phase-3 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 4. The first anticipatory bail application being Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/s 438 Cr.P.C. No. 13680 of 2021 (Constable Sumit Pawla @ Sumit Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and another) was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the present anticipatory bail application U/s 482 BNSS be dismissed as not pressed as the applicant shall avail the appropriate remedy of regular bail. 6. The records show that this matter along with connected anticipatory bail application being Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/s 438 Cr.P.C. No. 13054 of 2021 (Sub-Inspector Chetan Prakash Tomar Vs. State of U.P.) were placed by the office before Hon'ble The Chief Justice for obtaining nomination and vide order dated 12.05.2025 Hon'ble The Chief Justice has nominated to this Bench to hear the said two matters. 7.
