The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing, the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof-and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C SUBODH Advocate for the Petitioner/Accused and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for Respondent. The Court made the following ORDER The present petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.01.2025 in Crl.P.No.5980 of 2024 i.e petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Dargamitta Police Station, once in a week i.e., Sunday between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM, till filing of the charge sheet”. on every Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a licensed engineer in the municipality, he has been complying the conditions for the last 15 months. It is very difficult from him to appear before the police on every Sunday and the condition may be relaxed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of anticipatory bail Imposed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Crl.P.No.5980 of 2024 vide order dated 07.01.2025. Considering the submissions made and also the conduct of the petitioner after grant of anticipatory bail in complying with the condition to appear before the police on every Sunday, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition.
