BY ITS COMMISSIONER, GUNTUR. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action, things and deeds of Respondents in not issuing the TDR Bonds by demarking the subject property as per our Representation dated 12-05-2025 despite the acquisition process was completed way back in the year 2019, which is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional, against to the Principles of Natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14, 21and300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the Respondents forthwith more particularly 3rd Respondent to issue the TDR Bonds for the land acquired by demarking the remaining subject property by considering our Representation dated 12-05- 2025 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents forthwith to issue TDR bonds by fixing the boundaries by considering our representation dated 12-05-2025 pending disposal of the Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 12.05.2025 of the petitioners seeking to issue the TDR bonds by demarking the petitioners’ subject property, despite the acquisition was completed way back in the year 2019. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that in pursuance of the directions of this Court dated 11.11.2025, the 3rd respondent conducted the survey and determined the extent of land which is affected in the road widening. 3. It is also submitted that the survey was conducted in presence of the petitioners and the road affected portion was also demarcated. 4. It is submitted that an extent of 72.79 Sq. yards of land belonging to the petitioners was affected in the road widening and that the respondent- Corporation will process the issuance of the TDR bonds as per law. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear to the respondents to issue TDR bonds to the petitioners as expeditiously

as possible, subject to the execution of the gift deed of the road affected portion of land. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N SCH
