This acquittal appeal under Section 378(4) of CrPC has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 29.11.2023 passed by learned JMFC, Basna, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh in Criminal Case No.757/2014 whereby the respondents have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 294, 506 Part-II, 380 of IPC. 2. On the previous date of hearing i.e. 15.10.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. 3. Today also, no one appears for the appellant. 4. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. 5.
