On 24.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 25.09.2025 under the caption „for dismissal‟. On 25.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption of dismissal. 3. Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption „for dismissal‟, none appeared for the petitioner. 4. Per contra, Ms. K.Ujwala Devi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, submits that presently the petitioner is promoted as Executive Officer Grade-I and he is posted as Executive Officer, Sri Rameswara Swamy Temple, Ganganampeta, Tenali, Guntur District. To substantiate the same, she also filed the proceedings in Rc.No.E2/5790/2016- 2, dated 15.02.2019. 3 MRK,J W.P.No.12920 of 2016 5. The same is placed on record. 6. In view of the fact that there is no representation for the petitioner coupled with the representation made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
