Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 356/2024, arising out of Chakradharpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2024, arising out of M.C.A. No. 1148/2024, for the offence registered under sections 376 IPC and cognizance has been taken under sections376 (2)(n) of Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge - III, Chaibasa, Jharkhand. It appears that the marriage of the petitioner and the prosecutrix was arranged, but before they could get married, they entered into physical relationship. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that the victim has been examined during the trial and she has stated that she has established physical relationship with the petitioner according to her own wish. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - III, Chaibasa, Jharkhand in connection with S.T.
