This is an application for condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal. 3. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that respondent No.2 applied for the bail before the Additional Sessions Judge-8 and Special Judge, Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act vide Criminal Bail Application No.926/2024. Said application was resisted and the appellant also resisted the said application and said application was allowed by the Special Judge. Thereafter he applied for the certified copies and thereafter he has to prefer the appeal, therefore, delay is caused. 4.
