Heard Sri Y.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the allegations in the writ petition are not true and correct. Police never threaten the petitioners as alleged in the writ petition and their enquiry would reveal that the dispute is of civil in nature and police did not interfere in the matter. 4. The submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 5. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in the writ petition at this length of time. 4 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed without going into merits of the case.
