GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action on the part of the respondents in trying to allot the land to an extent of Ac.0.99 cents in Survey No.101-3-4 situated at Mannarupoluru Village, Sulurupet Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, under Navaratnalu–Pedalandariki Illu Scheme to the third parties without following due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 4th respondent, submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 4. In view of the interim orders of this Court, the same subject land was not used for the above said public purpose of housing under the welfare scheme for the poor. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land to an extent of Ac.0.99 cents in Sy.No.101-3-4 situated at Mannarupoluru Village, Sulurupet Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. If the petitioner is otherwise found to be in possession of the same, he shall not be dispossessed from the subject land except by following the due process of law, giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties 3 concerned including the petitioner, upon verification of the records and the subject land, an appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
