Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly,
2 one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring action of respondent authorities in trying to mutate the web land entries in respect of petitioner's land situated in Sy.No.95 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.55 cents situated in Chinaboddepalli Village, Kotavutla Mandal, Ankapalle District at the behest of the unofficial respondents without issuing any notice as mandated under Section 5(3) of the Andhra Pradesh (Rights in Lands and Pattadar Passbook) Act, 1972 despite the pendency of civil suit in O.S. No. 253 of 2025 on the file of Hon'ble Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Narsipatnam filed by the petitioner herein for permanent prohibitory injunction as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and amounts to infringement of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to mutate the web land entries in respect of petitioner's land situated in Sy.No.95 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.55 cents situated in Chinaboddepalli Village, Kotavutla Mandal, Ankapalle District without giving notice and following due process of law.

ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent authorities in trying to mutate the web land entries in respect of petitioner's land situated in Sy.No.95 admeasuring Ac.1.55 cents situated in Chinaboddepalli Village, Kotavutla Mandal, Ankapalle District at the behest of the unofficial respondents without issuing any notice as mandated under Section 5(3) of the Andhra Pradesh (Rights in Lands and Pattadar Passbook) Act, 1972 despite the pendency of civil suit in O.S. No. 253 of 2025 on the file of Hon'ble Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Narsipatnam filed by the petitioner herein for permanent prohibitory injunction as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and amounts to infringement of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to mutate the web land entries in respect of petitioner's land situated in Sy.No.95 admeasuring Ac.1.55 cents situated in Chinaboddepalli Village, Kotavutla Mandal, Ankapalle District without giving notice and following due process of law and pass such order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the official respondents at the behest of the unofficial respondents are trying to mutate the web land entries in respect of the petitioner’s subject land, without following the due process of law.

3. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to follow the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in Chinnam Pandurangam v. Mandal Revenue Officer, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and others reported in AIR 2008 AP 15, before effecting the mutation of the revenue records and web land entries in favour of the unofficial respondents.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
