Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that Robin Gupta, son of the petitioner committed suicide due to the extreme acts of cruelty committed by the private respondents. He has further contended that Robin Gupta got married to private respondent No.4, namely Deepika Gupta in the year 2016. It was the second marriage of both the parties and out of the wedlock one son was born. It is also submitted that private respondents who are the family members of respondent No.4 always supported her wrong acts. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he would be satisfied, in case, the pending representation (Annexure P-3) is decided by respondent No.2.
