1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the respondents to issue no dues no enquiry certificate, release pension and gratuity of the petitioner with interest over the delay caused in payment of pension and gratuity reckoning with affect from 31.12.2021.

2 has been submitted by the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Criminal Case No. 15/2018 registered against the petitioner for commission of offence under Section 13(1) D, 13(2) P.C. Act, 1988 read with Section 120(B), 467, 468, 471, 472 of IPC and the same has been considered by the learned Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act) Bilaspur on 08.10.2025 and closed the criminal case against the petitioner.
3. Since the criminal case has already been closed by the prosecution, therefore, the respondents are directed to release the pensionary benefits to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order if there is no other impediement.
4. With aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
disposed of.
