Hence both the parties compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains in this petition for adjudication. 3. The contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable.
