1. Pursuant to the order dated 23-09-2025 the notice issued to the victim/complainant was served upon the mother of the victim, however, no one appeared either in person or through virtual mode to make any submission on their behalf. Therefore, this Court proceed to hear the bail application.
2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the trial of the case has already been concluded and the judgment has been passed by the learned trial Court, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
3. On due consideration on the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/-
