In fact, the website case status information also does not disclose any details of the case namely, category of the case, date of listing, details of respondent and respective counsel, name of the officer, who scrutinized the record, details of category and sub- category, details of I.As and much less details about the prayers. Therefore, there is no case pending with Crl.R.C.No.1031 of 2005, the learned counsel for both and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also reiterated the same.
