Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as the distance between Dharwad and Ron is more than 110 kilo meters and also taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein, I find force in the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and accordingly, petition is allowed. 4.
