SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23686 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the action of respondents in not stopping the excavation work of Fish/Prawn Tank carrying on, by unofficial respondents, more particularly respondent No.9, in the land of respondent Nos.10 to 13 in an extent of Ac.1.40 cents in R.S.No.64-3, 73-1A/3B; Ac.1.89 cents in R.S.No.72-2, 73-2A; Ac.1.50 cents in R.S.No.73-1A/2, 73-1B; Ac.0.46 cents in R.S.No.66-2B; Ac.1.05 cents in R.S.No.73-1B and Ac.0.95 cents in R.S.No.73-1B of Devarapalle village, Pedana Mandal, Krishna District. 2. Case of the petitioners is that they made representation to the official respondents through Public Grievance Redressal System on 25.08.2025 stating that illegal conversion of agriculture lands into fish tanks has been going on in Devarapalli village, Pedana Mandal, Krishna District. Basing on the representation given by the petitioners herein, a field inspection has been conducted on 30.08.2025 and on 03.09.2025, wherein it was observed that no process of illegal conversion of agriculture lands into fish tanks is taking place as alleged by the petitioners herein. In pursuant to that, the official respondents have issued notice to respondent No.9 stating not to convert agricultural lands into fish tanks without proper permission from Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act, 2020 (APSADA). A notice has been issued to respondent No.9 directing him not to convert agricultural lands into fish tanks without proper permission. In view of the said reason, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 5.
