The above contempt case has been filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 03.09.2024 in W.P.No.25496 of 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. W.P.No.25496 of 2023, filed by the petitioner, was disposed of on
03.09.2024. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows: <Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s case for promotion in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257 General Administration (SER.C) Department, dated 10.06.1999, if the case is in the zone of consideration.=
4. A reply affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent No.3. Along with the reply affidavit, the proceedings vide Memo Roc.No.166/A1/2024-25, dated 15.04.2025, have been annexed.
A perusal of the proceedings would disclose that the Regional Deputy Director, State Audit, Zone II, Eluru, considered the case of the petitioner and passed a speaking order. Since a speaking order has been passed, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 03.09.2024 in W.P.No.25496 of 2023. Page 3 of 4
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 15.04.2025, if aggrieved. No order as to costs.
