Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the land acquisition notification in Form No.VI-A in Reference No. G4/497/2019, dated 03.03.2020, by claiming exemption under Section 10-A and Rule 4, purporting to acquire the land of the 1st petitioner in S.No.898-3 admeasuring Ac.1.20 cents and the land of the 2nd petitioner in S.No.898-3 admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents of Yedida Village, Mandapeta Mandal, East Godavari District, for the purpose of providing house sites under the welfare scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 2nd respondent dated 15.09.2025, submits that the 2nd respondent issued a withdrawal notification vide D.Dis.No.G4/RCPM/MDP/Yeditha/497/2019 dated: /03/2021, for the subject lands mentioned under Section 93(1) of the LA & RR Act, 2013, whereby alternative lands have been identified for the purpose of providing house sites under <Navaratnalu-Pedalandari Illu.= Therefore, the award of land acquisition for land admeasuring Ac.1.45 acres in Sy.No.898/3 has not been approved and the same has not been taken over. The copy of the said instructions of the 2nd respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 4

In view of the above said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, made through the written instructions of the 2nd respondent dated 15.09.2025, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is deemed to have been vacated.
