2. Today, even on repeated calls, none appeared for the Petitioner to pursue the matter further nor any representation has been made.
3. Since the matter pertains to compassionate appointment and the sole Petitioner has died, therefore, the Petition stands
disposed of with an observation that if any legal heir of the deceased/employee/Petitioner files an application for compassionate appointment, the concerned authority shall examine the same in accordance with the applicable policy and rules, without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.
