ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue Writ of mandamus or any order or direction, directing the respondent 2 and 3 to consider the representation and to issue work
order in favour of petitioner as per ANNEXURE-G and H to the writ petition in the interest of justice and equity.
ii. Issue any other appropriate writ or order in the circumstance of the case be granted.
2. A memo dated 16.09.2025 singed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, has been filed, which reads as under:

The present writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioner intends to withdraw the present writ petition. Therefore Hon’ble court be pleased to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous in the interest of justice and equity.
