1. The present CRMP has been 8led by the petitioners with the following prayer :-
“It is, therefore prayed that Charge Sheet led by the Police of Police Station, Devendra Nagar, Raipur (C.G.) Respondent No. 1 in Crime No. 180/2014 against the present petitioners for the o+ences punishable under Section 420,467,468,471,34, 120B of Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 7 Essential Commodity Act registered as Case no. 3896/2015 by the court below and pending before JMFC Raipur (C.G.) and all consequential proceedings so far as it relates to the petitioners be quashed, in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioners by the learned trial Court, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
