It is apprised to this Court that the petitioner along with few persons was absconding however, recently the petitioner is granted the benefit of anticipatory bail subject to conditions. Upon perusal of the material available on record, it is noted that aforementioned facts are not disclosed in the petition. Therefore, this Court deems it apposite to dismiss the present petition for non-disclosure of facts. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
