2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 196 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
3. On 09.09.2023, motorcycle of the Informant parked outside the City Centre, Ranchi was stolen away by unknown person.
4. It was submitted that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody for one year and ten months.
5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 196 of 2023.
