(Oral) CRM-25692-2025 i) Present application has been filed under Section 528 of BNSs, seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-21373-2025. ii) It is averred in the application that the matter has been amicably compromised between the parties on 17.05.2025. On the basis of this development, the applicant-petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main case with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court, incorporating the factum of compromise in the said application. CRM-M-21373-2025 i) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.622 dated 16.09.2024, under Sections 140(2), 140(3), 3(5), 351(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat. ii) In view of the order of even date passed in CRM-25692-2025, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
