This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent No.5 herein in proposing to take over the possession of the land in Sy.No.707 admeasuring Ac.30.00 cents, situated at Podalakur village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District for the purpose of Land Development for the house sites under the Navaratnalu, pursuant to the letter Rc.B/1245/2019 dated 06.12.2019 inspite of the hectic objections of the villagers followed by a written representation dated 21.07.2020. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that there was only proposal to implement the housing scheme in the subject land, but it was not materialized in view of the interim order of this Court. However, she further submits that the respondent authorities will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.30.00 cents in Sy.No.707, situated at Podalakur village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. If there is any representation afresh made by the petitioners with respect to 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.15382 of 2020 the subject land, the same shall be considered and disposed of strictly in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
