The respondents have filed a status report wherein it is stated that the Revenue Inspector has inspected the land in question along with the Field Surveyor and Village Administration Officer, on 19.02.2026, and they have identified the encroachers therein. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
