As per the contention of the appellant, he is from the poor family and his wife suffering from several ailments, and therefore, he could not approach to the Counsel to prefer an appeal, and therefore, delay of 282 days is caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order of conviction. 4. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application which appears to be reasonable and just cause. 5. Hence, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. 6.
