It is another case where due to pendency of this writ petition for many years (10 years in present case), relief sought in fact has rendered infructuous since if this Court considers that claim of petitioner was wrongly rejected or not considered for appointment of Assistant Teacher in pursuance of recruitment process of 2013, still considering that now petitioner is aged about 55 years, therefore, relief sought cannot be granted. 2. Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner has placed reliance on Neetu vs. State of U.P. and others, Writ A No. 4871 of 2021 decided on 21.09.2021, but as referred above, it will not be helpful since petitioner has crossed age limit. 3.
