The present writ petition is filed by the convict prisoner’s son seeking parole to his father for a period of 30 days to attend his marriage which is schedule to be on 11.05.2025, who is Convict Prisoner No.4530 of Kadapa Central Prison since 2016. The petitioner has filed the copy of the marriage invitation card. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the state has ...Respondent(s) \ filed a counter and submits that the co-accused was out on parole initially for a period of 30 days and thereafter 15 more days were granted vide order dated 28.04.2025 and that he would surrender on 14.05.2025, till then no other accused in the same case can be released on parole in accordance with Rule 27 of GO.No.4, dated 06.01.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the 3. present writ petition parole for 30 days was granted to the petitioner on 28.04.2025, however the conditions stipulated therein should not release him until the co-accused surrender before the 3'"'^ respondent. 4. Considering the submissions and considering the rule position, this Court cannot interfere at this stage. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Jail Superintendent and seek for any concessional period of parole and the same may be considered on merits. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
