The respondents have placed on record instructions dated 28.06.2025, which go to indicate that the government has now issued a notification under Section 11 of New Land Acquisition Act, 2013, in compliance to the directions passed in CWP No. 1196 of 2018, for which the instant execution petition has been filed. Now that the respondents have issued the necessary notification, no further orders are required to be passed, save and except, to observe that the proceedings now initiated by the State shall be taken to its logical end in accordance with law.
