JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 29/10/2025 This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR No. 116/2019 dated 16.04.2019 registered at Police Station Nahargarh Road Jaipur for the offence under Sections 384, 328A of IPC and Section 678, 67A of IT Act. In the petition, office has raised certain defects however, no steps whatsoever have been taken by the petitioner for last five years and bare perusal of the order-sheets of this case would reveal that on earlier occasion, when the case was called for hearing, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner.
